This was identified a long time ago as Riley Cuthbert Special, but the owner of the actual Special disagrees with the id (though, this remained unchanged). So, back to unknown for that one ? |

2010 auction listing for Riley Cuthbert Special - looks nothing like this, and the blurb doesn't suggest that in mid-30s there was a radically different body. So agree it's very unlikely. Which means the other sighting becomes unknown. But it seems it was real, so somehow we should try to keep a link for the sightings, so if/when an ID is found, they can be joined instead of being lost in the swamp of unknowns. |
