Check that, 1930. For 29, Dodges were the only one of the mopars to have a stenciled visor, but didn't go all the way through, it was more of a lip. 30 introduced a dual-stencil "sunglasses" visor on Chrysler eights and a single-mold visor on Dodge and DeSoto (this looks like that) Plymouths and Chrysler sixes were plain Jane unsoldered. For 31 Plymouth received the sunglasses stencil next to the Chrysler, DeSoto presumably unchanged (couldn't find good reference) and Dodge went back to the lip visor.
