For some reason I find it baffling to see it in Italy when Fiat 500 was a much more favorable choice. Any official sales figures for Italy? I know some of these were sold as new over there, perhaps even with the smaller 360cc/400cc engine ( a 360 example for sale in Italy ) ?? |

Very nice find! Here you can see other two examples for sale: Link to "www.autobelle.it" Anyway I think I read that it was imported since 1970, but currently I can't find any source nor sales data..anyway in this gallery I can find only N360s: http://www.targhenere.net/gallery/photogallery.php?album_id=645 was the only imported model? Sadly I haven't got any magazine of that period to check in the price lists.. -- Last edit: 2021-12-04 19:41:54 |

At the time Japanes car imports were very limited (just 2000 cars pro years) and this begun in 1970 when a few Toyotas, Datsuns, Hondas and Mazdas came. in 1970 Datsun 1200, Toyota Corolla, Mazda 1500 and Honda N600. In 1971 Honda Z600 and Mazda 616. Later Toyota Corolla second generation, Datsun 240Z, Mazda 818, Mazda 929, Honda Civic and Toyota Corona. To list all is lond even though very few model were imported until the late 80s. |

Yes, of course, I just said that I couldn't find any source and I haven't magazine of this old but was the N360 also imported? All the ones I could find located here are described as N360..and these should be 1970+, no? |
