Volvo Ailsa (front-engined). The thumbnail shows that at least one of the two has an Alexander R-Type body.

Seems to be its IMCDb debut. Do you recommend 'Volvo Ailsa' as make and 'B55' as model?
Is it of Swedish origin and built in UK or rather completely British?

I'd refer the question to SteveA, who is the real bus expert. :)

These Volvo Ailsa's were built in Scotland at the Alexander Irvine Factory.

First Glasgow 31363 (KGG127Y), Volvo Ailsa B55-10 with Alexander body new in 1982 as Strathclyde PTE A67

In the background is First Glasgow 39623 (NML623E), a 1967 AEC Routemaster new as London Transport RML2623

Now I've seen the movie on DVD myself, I believe the green/orange Routemaster in the background is First Glasgow 39365, originally London RML2365 (JJD365D)
