I think it's a Torino rather than Fairlane. andrepa's link for the Fairlane is misleading because it does not have stock taillights, it has the GT panel.

Here is a link for a 1970 Fairlane 500 coupe that shows no back panel trim between the taillights:

For 1970 Torino, the only pic I could find that is not a GT or Cobra was in the brochure, there is a black eggcrate style panel:

In the 1971 brochure, it shows the base Torino and Torino 500 having no trim between the taillights, just on the Torino Brougham.

This one is missing the side badges, they were on front fender for 1970 and rear fender for 1971.

So I think this one is a 1970 Torino 2-door Hardtop.
