It's a Rally, Sprint or GTR with GS panels.

Don't believe that was a '60s one(such movie locations),cause had the usual'70s/'80s "vespa"name written in straight way;for be a TRUE Sixties'Vespa GS(guessed by front fairing's yellow block letters, but could be customized as GS type for the movie and be a '70s model, maybe a 150 TS)must have the name "Vespa"written in wawy metallic corsive letters'graphic(with "V"in capital letter-and put diagonally-way on the left of the legs'shield);that's a big blooper,'cause in '60s the writing with "vespa"written in straight way wasn't existing still(will be introduced only
starting by early '70s Vespas)

PS But if ridden by Sting into movie, that'sn't the starring-scooter,being the boy atop's Lambretta(Li or Scooterlinea series the type)

Another blooper...that Piaggio hexagonal badge(1967-'68 circa introduced)on a '50s end-early '60s registered Vespa(the ones of that period bears a rectangular logo with a capital letter"P" and writing "PIAGGIO GENOVA")...AAAARGH!!!!................Where's the movie director???..........

bear in mind the bike was destroyed at the end of the movie...they might have chosen a less valuable GTR125 for that purpose...

Not a Rally/GTR/TS, but most likely a Vespa Sprint Veloce, second series, 1973+; highly customized.
