Chassis code should be [SE3]. In 1989, the sole trim level would change from 2.0 EX to 2.0 EXL. This is a late model car only produced in 1989. |

Along with this, the bumper mounted turn signals became clear, there were new snowflake type alloy rims for the car and a brand new chrome grille.
