 I am almost certain that the bus is a MAN NG/313F Articulared bus new to EMT (Madrid's Municipal Transport operator, in 2001 the bus in this picture http://www.aemtbus.org/flota/EMT431
has the same door and window layout, including openers, the large grille rear n/s, and a grey skirt
