Well, it might be a 230 SL (1963-1967), or a 250 SL (1966-1968), or even a 280 SL (1968-1971); there was no significant outward difference between the three series (not anything visible from this angle, anyway). In the specific case of this one, the shape of the door mirror, the chrome rear view mirror and the hubcaps exclude the 280 SL. So it can be a 1963+ 230 SL or a 1967 250 SL. |
