Can anyone give me some background on this model. It looks a bit like a U.S. LeBaron. |

I have a 1990 Chrysler Saratoga V6:-) It is the best car ever. 220km/h on the German freeway with no problem ever. This car is designed to be drive. In the city it never jumps on me like most sports cars, it is easy, safe and elegant to drive and if you accelerate the cars respond to you with light speed (and not with noise). You can spin the Saratoga and it will never turn over. I was crossing Germany a few times on the autobahn the other cars couldn't keep the speed for long distance if they passed me (it happened often no speed limits) they had to stop at the next gas station. I never had “blinking dashboard” issue, or shaking window on speed or noise effect. The Saratoga is also fuel efficient comparing to new cars believe it or not. Anyways it looks like I'm very happy with it and I want to keep it for ever. It is not a sport car! And it is not a slow and heavy luxus category it is a bit both and I love to drive it slow or fast. It took the car to the U.S. and compared it with a LeBaron very similar, but the LeBaron have speed control and the quality of the materials are different. The best part is that you can really slide sideway while you drive it (in purpose) like on the picture. If you live close to Arizona and never seem a Saratoga just let me know. Wikipedia says this model began in 1989, not 1987. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chrysler_Saratoga |

This car wasn't introduced until 1989 |
