 Profile shows a Hofmeister kink and a subtle horizontal crease running the length of the body just below the door handles.

 I stand by my [E65] analysis. The Lexus does not have the crease below the door handles, there is no sign of a fuel filler on the car's left side, and compare the stepped cutline for the trunklid at the rear corner:
