plate's from a Triumph Herald, but is that really a herald? |

The front grille is from a Ford 103E Popular, or from an E494A Anglia or an E494C Van. This may suggest that the car is actually a Spartan with a Ford grille, particularly as it appears to have independent front suspension which could be off the Herald which could have been used as the donor car for the Spartan. Speculation from start to end! |
