Shouldn't the make be something like "Ministerul Industriei Construcțiilor de Mașini" that we shorten somehow? It is a little like the Soviet vehicles for which there is not really a make |

It is indeed maybe easier to use that make even on older models, as these did not really had a make name back then. |
