LD is probably correct but hard to confirm from this view and the ambulance body not identified? However it looks to me to have rear lights taken from the 1960 Hillman Minx series IIIa plus a separate turn indicator which should be distinctive for the ambulance body? |

There is a good chance this is actually a 1961 Karrier 98A [BF] Ambulance 1954 (to approximately 1966) https://myntransportblog.files.wordpress.com/2018/04/commer-bf-ambulance.jpg Link to "www.stilltimecollection.co.uk" It preceded the larger Karrier Walk-Thru Ambulance which shares a lot of the body details at the rear.
