Probably front-engined (see its other page with bonnet open) so VW unlikely??

I think VW could be a very strong possibility. The "opened bonnet" ( as seen here ) could be just a boot/trunk or just a compartment for other necessities. There are many visible vents at the back ( seen better here ).

Furthermore, aren't these the VW wheels ?? :

Indeed, the wheels are VW...In the forum they also talk about the steering wheel shifted to the center and the headlights,both typical of VW

I know I'm way overdue to respond, but thank you so much for solving this mystery :king:

I guess we can call it 'Oliver Special', just like the writer, which I believe is you, of that very interesting piece called it.

Is this technically the first Moroccan sports car? As I understand Ramón Oliver was from Spain, but his workshop was based in Tangier, and the Spanish protectorate in Northern Morocco ended in 1956.
