Late 1988 and up body style. Also, it looks like a base model truck. Sorry, I'm not too familiar with Chevy trucks in this age bracket. |

Due to the grille style, it's a 1994-1998. Cheyenne trim too. |

You're probably right, but didn't 1994-1998 trucks have the plastic looking (I guess I'll call them 'body moulded') mirrors, rather than this style? The mirror style on this truck was discontinued for the 1994 model year. Then again, one could have replaced the mirrors and/or grille. -- Last edit: 2008-07-17 02:19:05 |

Not sure... never really payed attention to the mirrors. The grille or mirrors could be replaced. My friend has a 1990 like that truck but his grille is from a 1994. |

'94 is correct. This was the last year for these mirrors. |

A few more images; Now you know why this is three stars. Is there any difference between the features of American and Canadian Chevy pickups? This movie was filmed in Canada, you know. http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0489007/locations -- Last edit: 2008-07-18 13:11:36 |

Those "plastic looking" mirrors are actually painted metal as opposed to painted chrome. My '94 has the black painted metal ones as well as the updated egg grate grill. |

One detail. 1990-1995 Canadian models have Daytime Running Lights located in the high-beam headlamp on the quad headlamps trimmed models. Chevrolet mandated DRLs by 1996 in the US; however for some reason the DRLs were switched to the low beam head lamp for both countries in 1996. Took some digging, cross referencing and the help of Canadian members to figure it out. |

A least it has manual transmission on this truck |
