Looks more like Franay to me, but the exhaust is on the wrong side of the engine for a Bentley. |

Bonnet ( hood ) louvres and the pipes remind me of some pre-war Delage's. No idea why Saoutchik was my first thought, as Figoni et Falaschi did a similar coachwork as well ( to my inexperienced eyes ), as well as probably several other french coachbuilders too ( I do think that at least the body for subject car might be more french than anything else ).
