This car is not a 1933 Plymouth PD or PC. The photo is fuzzy and grainy but my best guess is a 1932 Plymouth PB,4 cylinder, coupe. The grille and windshield posts are too vertical for it to be a '33. A '31 PA would have a tie bar between the headlights and the '32 PB was the first Plymouth to drop the tie bar and have stand alone headlights. I own a '33 Plymouth and have owned a '31 PA in the past.
