minimk1man ◊ 2008-08-02 22:49	Yes, this was my car. Built 4th september 1959. A very early example with it original features. The actress shown driving it couldn't get the hang of the long gearstick and didn't want to drive it. Can you believe it. They ended up using another driver in the long distance shots and for the close ups they put the mini on a trailer and filmed from the tow vehicle. Car now sold and resides in the Greater Manchester area with a lot of other nice early minis.
