Sunbar ◊ 2020-10-27 14:03	Other than the Bantam itself, there cannot be too many low-loading height Karrier Bantam sized trucks in use in the 1950s or early 1960s (screw-prop plane and Bedford OY tanker)? The flat surface on the back of the front mud-guard is the same as a 1946 Karier Bantam chassis so probably a post-war Bantam with modified cab or re-cabbed completely.

Sunbar ◊ 2020-10-31 17:43	I'm more confident than initially but the rear of the cab is similar enough, just with the added quarter windows, plus the chassis details and the rear of the front mud-guards to be better than 50% sure it's the Karrier. However with no view of the front nothing is certain. Unless is not from a British manufacturer? To be hoped that it could reappear in another movie, as there was probably a small fleet of them.

Sunbar ◊ 2021-01-29 14:22	From a Pathé News clip of Heathrow in 1955 the 1946 Karier Bantam was in use as a baggage truck, therefore more likely than the CK3.
