This Cadillac (I think it's a two-door coupe) appears in the old home movie footage Janice gives Tony as a birthday present in episode 6.13 "Soprano Home Movies". The kids are supposed to be the young Tony and Janice and presumably this was deliberately filmed for the show (the New Jersey license plate didn't look like that in the 60s).

It's either a Series 62 Coupe or a Coupe DeVille. An Eldorado would have a wreath and crest on the hood.

To me it looks like a hard-top.

1964 Cadillac, for sure. Definitely NOT a Fleetwood, as "drujon" correctly pointed out. Not enough body visible to determine the Series number or the body style.

Looking at the thumbnails I think it's a 2 door hardtop coupe.

Looking at the pictures on this site, http://www.pevomuc.de/100-Cadillac/PECAAR.06/1964A/1964-1.html the Series 62 Coupe and Coupe de Ville look exactly the same! Why would Cadillac offer two different models that seemingly identical?

Coupe de Ville had a much fancier interior. It sold far better than the Series-62 as well.

For many Cadillac models, names was rather like a trim level... so more difficult to identify with few details. Hence the high number of Cadillac listed without model names.
