From the Musuem website, this could the same car: Ford Model T 1914 Ford Motor Company Ltd, Manchester Nationality American / British Capacity 2,898cc Cylinders 4 Valves Output Max Speed 40 mph Price New £135 One of the most historic models in motoring history, its exceptionally low price brought it within the range of millions of people throughout the world. This bargain figure was attained by mass production on a moving assembly line, a new concept in car manufacture. In all, sixteen million Model T's were built, available from 1914 in any colour "as long as it was black". I'm not if 1914 is the exact year of this car, maybe they just listed the first year of mass production and this particular model could have been made in the 20s. |

Clarkson says that this can reach 40 mph, which was quite scary in the old days before proper roads existed and it had wooden rims. |
