I think it is a 1931 Graham.

Radiator cowl contour does not match Graham : Grahams had a more pointed cowl line .I would opine with Richard of C that this is a Lincoln- the Greyhound mascot may even be visible- altough very fuzzy I suspect a 1929 Lincoln Sport Sedan model 178 with 5 passenger close coupled body by LeBaron .The top of these cars was leather covered and it seems to have added on fake landau irons .The large accessory rear trunk whose height is slightly under belt line also appears 1929 Lincoln.
