F-100 Flareside. The F-250 Flareside had a longer wheelbase and cargo box.

@Truck_Guy. By the ‘73 brochure: https://www.lov2xlr8.no/brochures/ford/73fpi/73fpi.html it looks like only the 8’ box was offered on the F-100/250.

Custom job maybe? That's definitely not an 8-foot cargo box in the main image, way too short.

I have yet to look at the 1971-1972 models. It is possible the shorter bed was offered for those years. Either way the F-150 debuted for 1975.
