Number plate doesn't look italian, and I'm very sure italian's ambulance beeing very often US cars...it seems more like US southamerican car? |

The IMDB trivia page suggests it was filmed partly in Chile, so I would hazard a guess that this is a Chilean location passed off as Italy. http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0080768/trivia |

That is surely not a Chilean plate. I think it tries to be Italian, seemingly starts with MI (Milano). Still, the streets look perfectly chilean, and Veraneios were used as ambulances here. |

If it should be an Italian plate, it would be a real worse fake. Anyways, the majority of license-plates in movies are very ugly and unoriginally faked. |
