Could be - so early Velox EIPV - but not totally convinced as it looks like 2-bar grille instead of 3. Any other ideas?? |

Not a Vauxhall [E] I believe, too wide and low in appearance, over-riders too close together side-lights in wrong position and no sign of any bonnet side flutes. |
