1999-2000 [P71] by the door handles and bumper trim. Taxi packages had chrome handles if I recall correctly. |

most likely a Commercial Taxi Package [P72] (episode aired in 1999 and San Fran taxi companies usually order their cars brand new) Taxi and Police package cars both had black doorhandles. LX and base cars had chrome door handles. |
