Jaguar unknown, are you kidding me, it's a 1963 Jaguar Mk.II 3.8, it says here /vehicle_1282196-Jaguar-MkII-1963.html |

It's a Mk2, but not 567 THW so no reason for 1963 or 3.8 and it looks a shabby one. Seems to be a suffix plate so 64+, maybe E so 67. |

hmmm... https://youtu.be/WQd9iBon8Ik?t=891 http://52.19.161.168/auctionlot/profile/2004/07/28/090-daimler-v8-250/ Definitely a Jaguar grille, however. |

But there's also older pictures of it wearing a Daimler grille: https://www.flickr.com/photos/phil-hamilton/8145615226/in/photostream/ https://www.flickr.com/photos/phil-hamilton/8145585393/in/photostream/ |

We've identified this vehicle using the details you provided DAIMLER V8 250 Registration number: HFJ 482E Body type: Saloon Colour: Blue Date of first registration: February 1967 ✗ Untaxed Tax due: 1 August 2007 Export marker Yes Almost every clue for Jag vs Daimler has been removed - hubcaps, badges, steering wheel motif. But despite the grille, seems to have twin exhausts as it smokes away and it has the tiny D logo on rear bumper, so Daimler. Interesting to see if he changes gear manually, as manual was only available from Feb 67 on the Daimler, but I can't decide. |
