I think it's an '86 per the lack of an airbag, and the amber turn lights on the rear. Also looks like this film was shot in Dallas, that Alamo Plaza motel is on Ft Worth Ave. |

Says Baton Rouge,Louisiana & Los Angeles on IMDB,but Drujon is 100% correct.Alamo Plaza Motor Courts IS in Dallas,about 50 yds or so from corner of Ft Worth Av & Sylvan Av.(Area is seeing a lot of renovation in last few years,too?) |

Buc, yes that area is seeing some good signs of positive redevelopment, the Belmont Hotel is ajacent to the Alamo and has been totally renovated and is a cool, hipster place now. |
