I caught this scene on You-Tube and it looks like a South American Dodge.

Notice the thin trim molding along the sides. I don't think any US Mopars had this style. That is why I thought South America.

The 'Belvedere' emblem also seems in a different place,I recall it on the front of the front fender closer to the headlights('66?),or centered between the wheelwell and the door,and a few inches lower('67?)???
