Mark 2 Borderer? '240 Gardner' would know! It looks like a Bedford TK (or KM) breakdown truck doing the hard work. -- Last edit: 2020-03-07 12:36:49 |

Borderer for sure. Does the wider fibreglass rad surround signify mk.2 ? |

It looks like a Mk.2 Silver Knight: it has the first version of the Mk.2 cab, with the small headboard featuring cut-outs for the wiper spindles (although only the offside spindle fits into a cut-out). I can't make out the registration, but it appears to have the cylindrical 54-gallon fuel tank, and which is one of the key features of the Knight. The Borderer has a much squarer section, 62 gallon tank and, as standard, a longer 10'8" wheelbase. This one has a non-standard top bumper, although the livery is one I don't recognise. Can anyone glean any of the registration? -- Last edit: 2020-03-12 21:37:09 |

C (1965), G (68-69) or as long shot D (1966). |

This won't help in any case. The closer it gets, the more it becomes blurry:![]() ![]() |

Thanks chaps - can't be C or D for a Mk.2, so G would confirm it as a Mk.2 Silver Knight |
