Reventón is such a funny name for a car |
◊ 2007-10-29 14:19 |
indeed in french it's literally "Eclatement" like burst of a tyre ... but it can refers to the french popular (almost argotic) verb "S'éclater" ,which means to "get fun" ... and with such a vehicle it might matche quite well |

Wow, this is an incredible looking car, it really excites the child in me. |
◊ 2007-10-29 14:37 |
"Reventon" was the name of a famous fighting bull. |

The same for Spanish, to have a reventón in a tyre is when your tyre has a puncture. "I was driving along the motorway when all of a sudden i had a reventón on my wheel!" that is |

Well, "Seat" is a funny name for a car, from an English perspective. |

Apart from the name, what does everyone think of this? To me, in first impression terms, it looks amazing. -- Last edit: 2007-10-29 14:56:28 |

It looks like CGI.... |
◊ 2007-10-29 15:36 |
Its not CGI, and responding to your question G-MANN it looks indeed very nice and agressive, and yes ive always wondered how Seat sounds for english people |
◊ 2007-10-29 15:42 |
Seat (pronounced "seet") means something to sit on, like a chair, in English, the car name "Seat" is actually pronounced "Say-at", but it's still spelt the same way as the English word for a place to put your bottom. |
◊ 2007-10-29 15:46 |
yes i know it is actually an acronym |
◊ 2007-10-29 15:48 |
I didn't know it was an acronym. So why do you say "ive always wondered how Seat sounds for english people" if you already know? -- Last edit: 2007-10-29 15:50:29 |

◊ 2007-10-29 15:51 |
Looks like the F-117 Stealth Nighthawk ... |
◊ 2007-10-29 15:52 |
Actually it's more like an F-22 Raptor. This car is born to be in movies. -- Last edit: 2007-10-29 15:55:00 |

◊ 2007-10-29 22:34 |

◊ 2007-11-07 02:32 |
Looks like a face lifted Murcielago. |
◊ 2011-03-10 10:37 |
Looks a lot like the new Lamborghini Aventador!! |
◊ 2015-07-22 09:49 |
It`s a very special version of the Murcielago, it`s made to look like a stealth jet fighter, and you have a bigger chance of watching pigs fly, than to see one of these for real. |
