Speaking of beaters and Santa Claus, I actually thought that Santa drove an old rusty yellow pick-up the rest of the year because the guy who frequently played Santa at public events where I lived until I was 9 would arrive driving a crappy beater truck. I thought Santa was staying incognito for some reason. |

when i was younger my mom's boyfriend had a ( chalet ? cabin ? not sure which one is the better ) and one day, we went and stopped along the way for groceries . Me and my sister stayed in the truck . Aside of us there was a silver Volvo S70 ( 1st gen, at that time the 2nd one wasn't released yet ) . Then the Volvo owner came out of the grocery store and you could almost swear it was Santa Claus in a non-Xmas outfit ! |
