I read "Adams Fire Co." and as one of the filming locations was apparently the Dominican Republic, it's probably this truck: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ky4Ypu6oRy4

^ excellent find !!!

fire apparatus assembler is Sanford and year they say 1985 in video

here is a MIS-ID from source they say it's Duplex based

https://firepics.net/MyBB/showthread.php?tid=2091&page=7

BUT the big sticking out headlights and small lights beneath and wipers do not fit with Duplex at all , instead they fit perfectly with PEMFAB

Link to "www.btfirephotos.com"

it's not first time when Duplex and Pemfab do get mixed up on net [:kiki]

so this truck is 1985 Pemfab with Sanford bodywork
