The main picture is not an S-Type, confirmed by the round turn indicators set too high in the wing (S type's were lower and 'D' shaped /vehicle_66543-Jaguar-S-type-1964.html . Also the head lamps look to have chrome bezels not hooded as the S Type. Jaguar 240 (or larger engined 340) from 1968 - the run-out model for the Mk.II Jaguar saloon. The thumbnail however, is correctly shown as an S-Type. |

Main is more like a Mk.I for sidelight position and small windscreen; may have newer bumper (or may not). Probably a 2.4 with 57+ wider grille. |
