 Ford Cortina. I don't know how many of them are registered in Czech Republic, but it could be this 1965 Cortina 1200:

 There were some UK-CS diplomatic trade deals in 1960s-70s which meant batches of Cortinas (Mk1-3 and before that some Audax-period Minxes) were sold in CS.
