It's specifically a 2009-2010 regular wheel base Commercial Taxi Package [P72] car based on the seats and the faux wood grain on the dash. Again, don't know where you're getting that it's a P71 from. |

^ He probably assumed it was a P71 because it was a short wheel base cab. I think the common misconception is that all SWB cabs are P71 after the 2002 LWB P70 was introduced. |
