Usually the Giulia Super should have chrome beadings on the low part of the side, and full openned 4 head lamps...is it specific version for "Polizia"?

I don't think that the car burning in the last thumbnail is the same car..

Post Scriptum: [Image: salut.gif] for CCF ;) ... there is a chase between this Alfa and a Mercedes Benz 220SE (pics to come)

When I was kid I used to think that italian cops were lucky to drive such Alfas, when our french "police nationale" seemed quite ridiculous with their Simca 1100 or Renault 12 :D

From what is possible to understand ( and although the 7th thumbnail shows a Super dashboard ) the main pic and the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 8th thumbnails show a 1964+ Giulia TI since the top of the Alfa "scudo" is not attached to the bonnet, the C-pillar doesn't have the round Alfa badge and by the horizontal air vents ( with chrome strips ) between the windscreen and the bonnet.
The one on the 9th thumbnail - that seems to be getting out of control - is a Giulia Super. The dashboard on the 1st thumbnail belongs to a 1750 Berlina.
The two other Giulias can be: on the 1st thumbnail a 1969 1300 TI or a 1600 S; on the 2nd thumbnail a 1972 Giulia Super 1.3 or 1.6.
About the detail of the grilles in the place of the inner headlights ( usually associated with the Giulia TI Super ) the Giulias of the Italian Police forces had the sirens behind them. These grilles helped to create the myth that Italian Police used the more powerful engined
TI Super ( in fact, they only had two of them ).
