I might be wrong, but the wheels and the dashboard reminds me of an early Austin Mini. Just a speculation... |

Good eye! That has got to be a Mini speedometer. |

Is "470 VRA" a real registration? I wouldn't be surprised if this is an actual promotional car and maybe not especially made for the movie. The answer to my main question "Who???"might be this: My first idea was Flewitt Coachbuilders of Birmingham, but it wasn't them. Does anyone recognize that badge or has a good idea what it reads? |

Could it be "Kestrel"? |

470VRA, County Council of Derby, Nov 1961 to Jan 1962. While the registration fits into a known series, there is no certainty that it belonged to the subject vehicle. |

The actual design of the "tube" reminds me of Euthymol toothpaste. |

Might have a Renault Fluoride connection?? |

if only we could read the " Crest " in AnimatronixX's pic... (speaking of that, looks like it ends with a "L" to me ) -- Last edit: 2019-09-07 16:41:49 |

Could it be "Restall"?? They apparently made seats for Morris Mini's (so there is some connection to that) |
◊ 2019-09-07 16:44 |
that could be it |

Aww! That's all my hopes first brushed and cleaned, but ultimately spit into the sink and rinsed with water. Yeah, "Restall" makes sense, as it's placed on the rear of the bench (thumbnail No. 13). Nevertheless, good job, everyone! This is still the most tube-shaped toothpaste tube promo vehicle (mind the gap!) I've seen so far. |

If I remember correctly Vitapointe was not for the gnashers, it was for the barnet. https://hprints.com/en/item/41148/Vitapointe-Hair-Care-1957-Hairstyle -- Last edit: 2019-09-07 17:58:04 |

Still worth a try, though?! Either way round. |

Unfortunately, while my teeth remain in excellent condition, my hair is gone beyond recall. |

They missed an opportunity by not placing headlights in the caps. "Your teeth could be as bright as these lights!" |

They would have looked very stupid. Vitapointe was a preparation for ladies’ hair! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PqHtjLTFppg -- Last edit: 2019-09-08 08:47:13 |

That's what I get for not reading the whole thread. |

Teeth are overrated. It goes fine without them: https://youtu.be/7DuI5s9aqdQ |

However, when faced with a large, rare, fillet steak my lack of hair presents no problem, whereas lack of teeth would. |
