The answer to my main question "Who???"might be this: My first idea was Flewitt Coachbuilders of Birmingham, but it wasn't them. Does anyone recognize that badge or has a good idea what it reads?

Yeah, "Restall" makes sense, as it's placed on the rear of the bench (thumbnail No. 13). Nevertheless, good job, everyone! This is still the most tube-shaped toothpaste tube promo vehicle (mind the gap!) I've seen so far.
