It still appears to have the external rear-door hinges , round rear fender line and a pointed hood front that would make it a 1940 car, I 'd go for a 1940 Chrysler C-25 series Royal or Windsor by position of hood louvres.The car overturning also looks Mopar ,1941 business coupe Chrysler ,DeSoto or Dodge
