Likely introduction of the wartime utility mesh grille is March 1942 although they apparently also built with the pre-war grille also throughout the war. Earliest reliable example of the mash grille on imdb here filmed in 1943 /vehicle_1113873-Fordson-7V.html Towards the end of the war, in 1944, full time production of the Fordson civilian truck range was announced with the same rectangular shape. |
