I think having oversized wheels like these are just simply stupid (for a lack of better words) They do hinder vehicle performance, the tires that are specially made to fit them are ridiculously expensive, as is the wheels themselves and they ruin the look of any vehicle they are put on (in my opinion) As antp said above ... the owner got what she deserved for having those wheels put on that vehicle. If I were that Caddy Escaladed, I too, would have killed my owner for putting those wheels on me ... |

Actually it is the opposite: the pedestrian was running through the street, not so innocent then, and the car went to life only after that |

I mean you pretty much explained why they are tasteless in your own post: That proves that everyone who adds these OTT rims to their cars are just morons trying to look tough! Or cool. I mean when you put wheels like that on a SUV, you're basically saying "I only bought this thing because I think it looks cool, it's NEVER going offroad!" That's the same mentality of those pimps and rappers who drape fur coats over their shoulders, they not wearing them to keep warm!
