This is going to be a 1971 Lyncoach Body Step Van. Page 9 of the NYC EMS Historian describes that the second iteration of NYC Health & Hospital Vans were purchased from Lyncoach in 1971 and had a very long rear overhang that would often scrape against the ground when going uphill.
