Not convinced it has enough window chrome for a Daimler - it looks Jag black - and I don't think Daimler name was used in D to avoid upsetting Mercedes (fairly sure this has been tossed around before, but I've forgotten the outcome).

Worth one of our German speakers consulting their reference sources to see what versions were sold in what years IMO. Not a Sovereign, they had chrome window trim.
