Sandie ◊ 2020-09-11 21:55	Fairly sure this would have belonged to Subaru UK. IIRC the XxxxKOE plates were used on the launch cars for this (ugly) generation of Imprezas. There are a lot of Subaru police cars on UK series, I think their marketing department liked to do them to get their cars on TV (though to be fair Impreza WRX/STI saloons were actually used by UK police, due to being fast and cheap).
