Austin Seven “box” 1933+? |

It seems to have a different plate number, compared to BPE 338. /vehicle.php?id=1250819 |

They made 63,140 Austin Sevens between 1932 and 1934, this is, I think, the same model, an RP long door Steel Saloon referred to as a “box”. Try this for size, /vehicle_55899-Austin-Seven-LWB-steel-saloon-RP-1934.html My father had one of these in 1948/9. It had to go in favour of a Ford Eight Model Y because my brother and I wouldn’t fit in the back. I can (just) remember the Ford, but not the Austin. -- Last edit: 2019-04-04 18:09:42 |

Tempted to merge with BPE 338 page as likely to be the same car - seems to share a slightly squint grille. Plate looks like MTV/MYV/WTV/WYV with 716/718/719 but no results found. |
