Strange: The indicators on the front fenders came with the 1955 Mk.VII M, but by then the fog lights were replaced by horn grilles (and extra foglights placed on top of the bumper)... |

Did someone take the trouble to retro-fit the indicators, perhaps? (I'd have said PKO 283 was quite an early registration.) |

I guess so. That would make it a Mk.VII indeed, 1951-1954. |

Thanks Chris. I cannot tell how happy I am Especially the second thumbnail that shows the vent doors in the front fenders, which were specific to the non-M Mk.VIIs. Most of the rear lights are retro-fitted, originally there only the lowest ones. |
