I considered that because it looked similar but not with that rear shape and lack of sidemarkers, also wheels and gas cap location are different.

yes, the back fender looks odd, but front wing, door, door handle are Dino-ish and the dashboard clearly Fiat-ish.

Agree not a proper Dino - it's too small, as well as the boot outline being too high and other points mentioned. There were some small Dino-esque Fiat rebodies from people like Moretti or perhaps OSI - with front engine I'd guess 124-based here.

Every details from pictures posted in first comment look like from Dino - engine air filter, cowl intakes, windscreen chrome trims, interior (like electra225 noticed), but this rear fenders... Please also take a look at second picture from kegare post - from this perspective these fenders looks normally for me - like in standard Dino. Look odd only in the main picture.
