"Ciera" was also part of the model designation. Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera Cruiser. |

Thank you, Baube. Oldsmobile slapped the Cutlass nameplate on anything that moved back in the late 1980's. It's interesting to me that they downplayed the Ciera nameplate for the wagon that it was clearly based on in the hopes of more name recognition with Cutlass. In the end, it was all for naught. |
